We are actively engaged in the research and development of advanced energy devices and manufacturing technologies. Our work is grounded in mechanical engineering at the nano- and micro-scale, with core focus areas including thin-film deposition, layer transfer, and bonding processes. Drawing on principles of solid mechanics and energy transfer, we design and implement novel fabrication methods for a wide range of devices, including solid-state batteries, optoelectronic systems (PV, TPV, LED), and semiconductor/AI devices. By leveraging state-of-the-art fabrication and analytical tools, we aim to achieve high-performance device integration and pioneer scalable, next-generation manufacturing techniques.
